That was me. I've just this minute got back from my holiday.

Video-Cellar said that the first two episodes ('Max' and 'Out of Time Step') were PD in this earlier thread:

http://www.archive.org/iathreads/post-view.php?id=227653

I've got the rest of the series (mostly sans opening titles) and did a check on USCO, couldn't find any of the episode titles so started by uploading the next episode. I posted in Classic TV at the time, before uploading in case anyone knew of their copyright status.

If they are copyright then I will take them all down. If not then I will upload some more.

Until I know, I'll just leave things as they are.

If you checked with USCO and found nothing, it should be ok since I believe it's post '78. Video Cellar should know for sure. That guy should be put on salary for as much as we bug the poor guy for info. I don't think the Archive could survive without his copyright expertise.

I wouldn't know for sure. I would have thought it was considering that for one thing it's fairly recent when compared with other shows in the classic tv section. You never can tell for sure. With movies sometimes I'm amazed at what is PD and what isn't. "Dominique" is pd, "The Crawling Hand" is copyright. Go figure.
